MirrorState (Pty) Ltd grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Clash of Castes solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
This agreement is concluded strictly between you and MirrorState (Pty) Ltd. Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not parties to this EULA but are third-party beneficiaries with the right to enforce it against you.
You may not:
All intellectual property in the application — including the name, brand, game mechanics, artwork, code, and the Clash of Castes and MirrorState marks — remains the exclusive property of MirrorState (Pty) Ltd. Nothing in this EULA transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
You agree to install and use this application entirely at your own risk. MirrorState (Pty) Ltd assumes no liability for device performance issues, battery drain, data consumption costs, or software conflicts resulting from installation or use of this application.
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. MirrorState reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the application at any time, with or without notice.
This EULA is between you and MirrorState (Pty) Ltd only — not Apple Inc. or Google LLC. Apple and Google have no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the application.
In the event of any failure of the application to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple or Google, and they may refund the purchase price. Apple and Google are not responsible for addressing any claims you may have relating to the application.
This EULA is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gauteng.
